Hi, I’m Ricards Dimants – a 19-year-old entrepreneur, social media content creator, and athlete. From a young age, I discovered two things that would shape my life: a love for food and a passion for performance. As a sports enthusiast, I learned early on that nutrition and discipline go hand in hand.
